01What is the difference between ceramic coating and PPF?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer surface treatment that enhances gloss and makes routine cleaning easier. PPF is a transparent urethane film applied to painted panels as a physical barrier against stone chips and road rash. The right choice depends on how and where you drive.
02Can you remove every scratch?
Light-to-moderate swirl marks and surface haze can be significantly refined through machine polishing, while deeper scratches or stone chips that penetrate the clear coat require a different approach. Our pre-service inspection sets clear expectations before any work begins.
03How do I book an appointment?

04Are the listed prices final?
Listed prices are starting points based on vehicle category. Vehicle size, surface condition, preparation requirements, panel coverage and selected materials determine the final quote, which is confirmed prior to work.
05How long will my car need to stay at the studio?
A signature wash or maintenance visit takes 1–3 hours, whereas interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating or PPF installation can require anywhere from a full studio day to 5 days including curing time.
06Is there a warranty on ceramic coatings and PPF?
Yes, warranty coverage depends on the specific coating or film tier selected. Written warranty terms, coverage details and recommended maintenance intervals are shared clearly before you confirm your package.
07How do drop-off and collection work?
Share your preferred schedule on WhatsApp when requesting your visit, and our team will coordinate convenient drop-off, inspection and handover timings.
